Will the Minister of AYUSH be pleased to state: (a) the details of the progress achieved under the AYUSH Oushadhi Gunvatta evam Uttpadan Samvardhan Yojana (AOGUSY) including its framework for merging pharmacovigilance, quality control and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification for AYUSH manufacturing units in the country, State/UT-wise, particularly in Dumka district of Jharkhand; (b) the number of AYUSH manufacturing units upgraded under the Scheme including those obtaining National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) accreditation, State/UT-wise, particularly in the said district of Jharkhand; (c) the number of analytical laboratories established or strengthened including the funds sanctioned and released so far in the country, State/UT-wise including Rajasthan; (d) the details of the distribution of beneficiaries and infrastructure created under AOGUSY in the country, State/UT-wise, particularly in Jalore and Sirohi districts of Rajasthan; and (e) the details of the provision of AOGUSY in the tribal dominated districts in the country, State/UT-wise particularly in Palghar district of Maharashtra? 13.03.2026 285 THE MINISTER OF STATE OF THE MINISTRY OF AYUSH; AND MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (SHRI PRATAPRAO GANPATRAO JADHAV): (a) to (e): Ministry of Ayush is implementing a Central Sector Scheme Ayush Oushadhi Gunavatta evam Uttpadan Samvardhan Yojana (AOGUSY) since 2021-22 with total budget outlay of Rs. 122.00 crores for five years. Till date, 18 Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homoeopathy (ASU&H) pharmacies and 07 ASU&H Drug Testing Laboratories (DTLs) have been supported financially under this scheme across the country. An amount of Rs. 40.13 crore has been sanctioned as Grant-in-Aid to these pharmacies and DTLs. The state-wise details of fund released for the upgradation of ASU&H pharmacies and Drug Testing Laboratories (DTLs) under the AOGUSY scheme till date, including Rajasthan and Maharashtra, are given in the enclosed Statement. Further, Ministry has not received any proposal from the State of Jharkhand under component “Strengthening and up-gradation of Ayush Pharmacies and Drug Testing Laboratories to achieve higher standards” of AOGUSY Scheme till date.
