The hon. Speaker asked me to be very brief and not to touch upon the salient features of the Bill. Otherwise, I was going ahead with that. Now, nowhere in the Bill has there been any intention obviously or inadvertently reflecting that this is meant to benefit a certain section of the business houses. Now, this is an allegation which puts the entire House into disrepute. We are practising the highest norms of democracy. This is totally an  Expunged as ordered by the Chair. 17.12.2025 1048 unfounded and a politically motivated charge which has no reflection on the body of the Bill.
