Thank you, hon. Chairperson Sir. Hon. Member Ramesh Ji has put across a very positive suggestion. We welcome that and as I said in response to my earlier questions, we have a very open mind. We are not averse to it. Already, Andhra Pradesh is ahead of all other States. In that, it is having eight Hubs which are in turn supporting 15 institutions – academic as well as scientific – both from the public sector and private sector. And not only that, if you see the number of beneficiaries also, Andhra Pradesh has 2163 male beneficiaries and 1937 female beneficiaries, that means among the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes also, we have been so discreet and thoughtful that almost as many women as males are being benefited from these Hubs. Naturally, as I said, we are in the expansionist mode wherever the criteria is fulfilled of having sufficient number of ST or SC population and also the resources available and there is an institution coming forward to cooperate in this, whether from the Government sector or the non- Government sector. The next call is going to be rolled out in the month of March-April. I would 11.02.2026 75 request the hon. Member to also try to prompt and encourage proposals for that so that when we go for the next cycle, we could consider other locations as well.
