Will the Minister of COAL be pleased to state: (a) the current status of the implementation of the Koyla Shakti – Smart Coal Analytics Dashboard including the number of Ministries/Departments, Ports, coal companies and logistics entities presently integrated with the platform; (b) whether the Government proposes to incorporate advanced analytics tools into the dashboard; (c) if so, the details of timeline for implementing such features; and (d) the measures adopted to ensure data security, interoperability and real-time accuracy on the Koyla Shakti platform particularly in view of multi- stakeholder data sharing across Union Ministries, States, Ports, coal producers and industrial consumers? THE MINISTER OF COAL; AND MINISTER OF MINES (SHRI G. KISHAN REDDY): (a) The Ministry of Coal launched Koyla Shakti dashboard on 29.10.2025 with integrated data of coal production, logistics, consumption and supply chain from coal mining companies, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Ministry of Power, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways and State Governments enabling transparent, efficient and predictive oversight of the entire coal value chain. (b) and (c) Yes, advanced analytics tools—such as stock position, coal consumption, criticality of coal stock, rakes in transit, etc. are integrated into the Koyla Shakti dashboard. 10.12.2025 168 (d) Following measures are adopted to ensure data security, interoperability and real-time accuracy on the Koyla Shakti platform:  Koyla Shakti has been built with strong security and interoperability controls to support safe, real-time data exchange across all stakeholders.  The platform is hosted on the National Government Cloud (NGC) maintained by National Informatics Centre (NIC), which follows Government of India security standards.  Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) has been carried out during the development stage, ensuring that vulnerabilities are identified and addressed in advance.  Interoperability and secure data exchange are enabled through ULIP’s standardized API-based integrations, which operate within an established framework that complies with data protection and privacy requirements RELAXING MOISTURE NORMS FOR PADDY PROCUREMENT 1615.
