के सीमावतê कोसी एवं िमिथला ±ेý म¤ देश के कोने-कोने से मखाना के साथ म³का एवं जूट कì खरीददारी हेतु ÓयापाåरयŌ का आना-जाना लगा रहता है । इसके िलए बड़े Öतर पर Óयापार केÆþ अित-आवÔयक एवं अपेि±त ह§ । इसी के साथ चौड़ी सड़क, रेलवे का कÆटेनर िडपो, देश के सभी महानगरŌ के साथ रेल- कने³टिवटी, भारी वाहन पािक«ग, उ¸च ±मता का भंडारण, कोÐड Öटोरेज, राÕůीयकृत ब§क, भोजनालय, शौचालय के साथ अितिथ गृह का िनमाªण हो, िजससे िवकास कì धुरी है । वषª 2019-2024 म¤ रेलवे बजट 10.02.2026 1208 औसतन 1,132 करोड़ Łपए का था । जबिक, वषª 2026-27 म¤ रेलवे बजट बढ़कर 10,370 करोड़ Łपए हòआ है । बढ़ा हòआ बजट सीधे-सीधे पåरयोजनाओं, रोजगार और बेहतर सेवाओं म¤ तÊदील होता िदख रहा है । इसका सीधा लाभ िबहार को िमल रहा है । सभापित महोदय, अपने संसदीय ±ेý सुपौल म¤ रेलवे संबंिधत अित-आवÔयक समÖयायŌ के समाधान के िलए म§ माननीय ÿधानमंýी जी एवं माननीय रेल मंýी जी से आúह करता हóं िक पूवª- मÅय रेलवे के अंतगªत सीतामढ़ी-जयनगर वाया िनमªली तथा लिलतúाम-बीरपुर नई रेल लाईन पåरयोजना का िशलाÆयास कर यथाशीŅ िनमाªण कायª का शुभारंभ हो तथा रेल पåरचालन करने कì कृपा कì जाए । सभापित महोदय, गाड़ी सं´या -15949 और 15950 िडāूगढ़-गोमतीनगर अमृत भारत ए³सÿेस का पåरचालन गलगिलया-अरåरया रेल-खंड होकर फारिबसगंज-सरायगढ़ दरभंगा के राÖते करने कì कृपा कì जाए । सभापित महोदय, िडāूगढ़ से नई िदÐली वाया किटहार-बरौनी एवं वाया किटहार-हाजीपुर होकर तीन राजधानी ए³सÿेस ůेनŌ का पåरचालन िकया जाता है । इन तीनŌ म¤ से िकसी एक राजधानी ए³सÿेस को नविनिमªत गलगिलया-अरåरया रेल-खंड होते हòए फारिबसगंज-राघोपुर तथा दरभंगा के łट से पåरचालन करने कì कृपा कì जाए । ऐसा करने से बंगाल, िबहार तथा उ°र ÿदेश के सीमावतê ±ेýŌ कì जनता को इसका लाभ िमल सकेगा तथा समय एवं दूरी भी कम होगी । सभापित महोदय,
