Sir, I introduce the Bill. ________ 16.39 hrs (xxvi) SPECIAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO KBK REGION OF STATE OF ODISHA BILL, 2024 SHRI SAPTAGIRI SANKAR ULAKA (KORAPUT): Sir, I rise to move for leave to introduce a Bill to provide for special financial assistance to KBK region comprising the districts of Koraput, Rayagada, Malkangiri, Nabarangpur, Balangir, Subarnapur, Kalahandi, Nuapada of the State of Odisha for the purpose of promoting the welfare of Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes and Other Backward Sections of the people and for the development, exploitation and proper utilization of its resources.  Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-2 dated 05.12.2025. 05.12.2025 1186 माननीय अÅय± : ÿij यह है : “िक अनुसूिचत जनजाितयŌ, अनुसूिचत जाितयŌ और अÆय िपछड़े वगŎ के लोगŌ के कÐयाण को बढ़ावा देने और संसाधनŌ के िवकास, दोहन और उिचत उपयोग के उĥेÔय से ओिडशा राºय के कोरापुट, रायगढ़ा, मलकानिगरी, नबरंगपुर, बलांगीर, सुबणªपुर, कालाहांडी, और नुआपाड़ा िजलŌ के केबीके ±ेý को िवशेष िव°ीय सहायता ÿदान करने वाले िवधेयक को पुरःÖथािपत करने कì अनुमित ÿदान कì जाए ।” ÿÖताव Öवीकृत हòआ ।
