Will the Minister of LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT be pleased to state: (a) the details of the number of job-seekers and employers registered on the 08.12.2025 73 National Career Services (NCS) portal during the years 2020-2025, year and State/UT-wise; (b) the number of placements made through Model Career Centres (MCCs) under NCS during the years 2020-2025; (c) the details of the number of MCCs operational as of October 2025 along with the year of their establishment, State/UT-wise; and (d) the details of the number and percentage of candidates from marginalised groups (women,SC/ST,EWS) during the years 2020-2025, year-wise? THE MINISTER OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT; AND MINISTER OF YOUTH AFFAIRS AND SPORTS (DR. MANSUKH MANDAVIYA): (a) to (d): The Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, is running the National Career Service (NCS) Portal which is a one-stop solution for providing career related services including jobs from private and government sectors, information on online & offline job fairs, job search & matching, career counselling, vocational guidance, information on skill development courses, skill/training programmes etc. through a digital platform [www.ncs.gov.in]. As on 20.11.2025, more than 6.02 Crore jobseekers (including women, SC/ST, EWS) and more than 54.27 lakh employers are registered on NCS portal since inception. Year-wise and State/UT-wise details of job seekers (including gender wise and category wise) and employers registered on NCS portal may be seen at https://www.ncs.gov.in/_layouts/15/ncsp/ViewStaticReport.aspx Notifying final hiring figures is not a mandatory requirement on NCS Portal. However, more than 8.17 crore vacancies have been mobilized for all the 08.12.2025 74 jobseekers (including women, SC/ST, EWS) on NCS Portal till 20.11.2025. Year-wise and State/UT-wise details of vacancies mobilized may be seen at https://www.ncs.gov.in/_layouts/15/ncsp/ViewStaticReport.aspx The NCS project also inter alia, envisaged setting up of Model Career Centres (MCCs) in collaboration with States/Institutions to deliver employment services. As on 20.11.2025, the Government has approved 407 Model Career Centres. AMOL RAMSING KOLHE: Will the Minister of FINANCE be pleased to state: (a) whether the Central Government is aware that a large number of farmers in Maharashtra have been unable to receive subsidies sanctioned under various Central schemes for nearly one and a half year due to technical glitches in the payment gateway systems connecting Cooperative Banks, National Bank channels and SIDBI; (b) if so, whether such delays have compelled farmers to pay additional interest and penalties on their loans; (c) whether the Government has undertaken any concrete measures to rectify these technical issues and ensure smooth and timely transfer of subsidy amounts and if so, the details thereof along with the expected timeline for resolving the difficulties; (d) whether the Government has made any interim provisions to immediately 08.12.2025 75 disburse all pending subsidies to affected farmers in Maharashtra, if so, the details thereof; and (e) whether the Government proposes to waive, reimburse or compensate the interest and penalties imposed on farmers due to these delays and if so, the details thereof? THE MINISTER OF FINANCE; AND MINISTER OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS (SHRIMATI NIRMALA SITHARAMAN): (a) to (e): As per information received from RBI, NABARD, Public Sector Banks, State Level Bankers' Committee (SLBC), Maharashtra and National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), no such technical glitches in the payment gateway systems connecting Cooperative Banks, National Bank channels and SIDBI affecting Central Government Schemes was reported in the State of Maharashtra.
