Those who have completed 18 years are considered as qualified. Qualifying dates have been given by the Election Commission. … (Interruptions) The Election Commission has come out with qualifying dates as 1st of January, 1st of April, 1st of July and then 1st of October. On these dates, those who are completing 18 years, they are given chance as first time voters. Is it taken up that way? Do their names appear in the voter list? This is the maximum percentage we see. People, those youngsters, who are deprived of their first time chance, what will they think and how will they carry the responsibility on their shoulders to build a strong India? This is the question that arises in the minds of the youths of our country.
