Sir, I am reading out the Resolution. It says, “That this House, having taken into consideration the conduct of the Speaker of the House regarding the disallowing of the Leader of the Opposition to speak….” When? I am substantiating it now. This occurred during the Motion of Thanks on the 10.03.2026 1285 President’s Address in the month of February, when the hon. Leader of the Opposition was not allowed to speak. I am substantiating this Resolution. What was he saying at that time? At that point, the LoP spoke about the trade deals between the US and India. He raised a very simple question: what compelled India to act in haste and enter into a deal which is not even in our favour? He referred to the concessions India was giving in our agricultural market – concessions the Indian Government was extending to the US Government, which are detrimental to the interests of our farmers. Certain crops had been listed in that context. Potatoes were listed.
