Will the Minister of FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES be pleased to state: (a) the list of States covered under the Operation Greens scheme and the crops supported in each of these States; (b) the total amount of funds sanctioned, released and utilised under the scheme during the last three years, year-wise, State-wise and district-wise for Andhra Pradesh; (c) the projects approved under Operation Greens during the last three years including the total value of projects, year-wise, State-wise and district-wise for Andhra Pradesh; (d) the total amount of grant released for each approved project along with their preservation and processing capacities; and (e) the total number of farmers benefited and employment generated under the projects during the last three years, year-wise, State-wise and district-wise for Andhra Pradesh? THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES; AND MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (SHRI RAVNEET SINGH): (a): Operation Greens scheme is a Central Sector scheme implemented by Ministry as component scheme under “Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojana (PMKSY)” across the country, hence, all the States and Union Territories are 11.12.2025 484 covered under the scheme. The production clusters for eligible crops are identified based on the horticultural production data provided by Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, in consultation with the Horticulture Departments of the respective states. Based on these criteria, the Ministry has identified production clusters for 10 Fruit crops, 11 Vegetable crops and Shrimp. The details of these production clusters are at Statement-I. (b): State-wise and district-wise allocation of funds is not made under the Operation Greens scheme. Details of funds allocated, released and utilised under the Operation Greens scheme during the last three years are at Statement-II. (c): Under Operation Greens scheme, Ministry has approved 35 projects in the country during last three years with total project cost of Rs. 1595.79 Crore. Out of this, 14 projects have been approved in the state of Andhra Pradesh with total project cost of Rs. 810.43 Crore. SHRI HIBI EDEN: Will the Minister of ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government is aware that the Edappally Junction on NH 66 in Kerala continues to experience severe traffic congestion; (b) whether the proposed plan to construct two flyovers-cum-underpasses at Edappally Junction will alleviate chronic traffic congestion; (c) whether the construction of the twin flyovers at Edappally Junction will be completed as per the expected timeline and if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor; (d) whether the Government plans to implement intelligent traffic management systems (ITMS) to monitor and manage traffic flow in real time, especially at major junctions like Edappally and if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor; and (e) whether the Government has any plans to replicate similar flyover-cum- underpass models in other heavily congested urban intersections in Ernakulam District, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor? THE MINISTER OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS (SHRI NITIN JAIRAM GADKARI): (a): Edappally Junction is a meeting point of two National Highways (NHs), i.e., NH-66 & NH-544. 2 number of Flyovers (1 x 50m) have been proposed to ease 11.12.2025 501 and reduce the traffic congestion at Edappally Junction, in the ongoing project of widening of NH-66. (b): Yes Sir. These flyovers are proposed to reduce traffic congestion at Edappally Junction. (c): The structure work of Flyovers is completed and the approaches are under construction, with a scheduled revised date of completed as May, 2026. (d): Yes Sir. As part of the project, Traffic Management System in accordance with provisions of Concession Agreement to enhance the traffic safety & efficiency in addition to real time monitoring of the stretch, shall be installed. (e): The requirement of grade separated structure/elevated corridor/bypass/ring road etc. is assessed as per site requirements and a decision taken on investment. जेजेएम के अंतगªत भौितक ÿगित 1946. ®ी हनुमान बेनीवालः ³या जल शिĉ मंýी यह बताने कì कृपा कर¤गे िकः (क) जल जीवन िमशन (जेजेएम) के अंतगªत नागौर तथा डीडवाना-कुचामन िजलŌ तथा नागौर लोक सभा िनवाªचन ±ेý के अÆय िजलŌ म¤ शत-ÿितशत घरŌ म¤ नल से जल आपूितª उपलÊध कराने कì िनधाªåरत तारीख ³या है; (ख) सरकार Ĭारा िनधाªåरत लàयŌ के ÿित अब तक हòई भौितक ÿगित का िजला-वार Êयौरा ³या है; (ग) ³या सरकार ने जल जीवन िमशन के अंतगªत पाइपलाइनŌ, सामिúयŌ तथा कायŎ के िनÕपादन कì गुणव°ा सुिनिIJत करने के िलए कोई िनगरानी तंý Öथािपत िकया है और यिद हां, तो तÂसंबंधी Êयौरा ³या है; और 11.12.2025 502 (घ) जेजेएम कì शुŁआत से अब तक इससे जुड़े कामŌ कì गुणव°ा के बारे म¤ सरकार को िमली िशकायतŌ का Êयौरा ³या है और संबंिधत अिधकाåरयŌ के िवŁĦ अब तक ³या कारªवाई कì गई है? जल शिĉ मंýालय म¤ राºय मंýी; तथा रेल मंýालय म¤ राºय मंýी (®ी वी. सोमÆना): (क) और (ख): भारत सरकार अगÖत 2019 से देश के ÿÂयेक úामीण पåरवार हेतु नल जल कने³शन का ÿावधान करने के िलए राजÖथान सिहत राºयŌ/संघ राºय ±ेýŌ कì भागीदारी से जल जीवन िमशन (जेजेएम) - हर घर जल कायाªिÆवत कर रही है। जेजेएम के तहत ÿदान िकए गए úामीण ±ेýŌ म¤ नल जल कने³शन कì िजला-वार िÖथित पिÊलक डोमेन म¤ उपलÊध है और जेजेएम डैशबोडª के माÅयम से इसे िनÌन िलंक पर देखा जा सकता है: https://ejalshakti.gov.in/jjmreport/JJMIndia.aspx दीघªकािलक िÖथरता और नागåरक क¤िþत जल सेवा सुपुदगê के िलए बुिनयादी ढांचे कì गुणव°ा और úामीण पाइपगत जलापूितª योजनाओं के संचालन और रखरखाव पर Åयान देने के साथ िमशन के िनरंतर कायाªÆवयन के माÅयम से 100 ÿितशत कवरेज ÿाĮ करने के िलए, माननीय िव° मंýी ने अपने बजट भाषण 2025 के दौरान जेजेएम को संविधªत कुल पåरÓयय के साथ 2028 तक िवÖतार ÿदान करने कì घोषणा कì थी। (ग): कायª कì गुणव°ा सुिनिIJत करने के िलए, जेजेएम के कायाªÆवयन के िलए कायªसंबंधी िदशािनद¥श म¤, भुगतान से पहले तीसरे प± का िनरी±ण और ÿमाणन अिनवायª है। इस ÿयोजन के िलए, राºयŌ को एज¤िसयŌ Ĭारा िनÕपािदत कायª कì गुणव°ा, िनमाªण के िलए उपयोग कì गई सामúी कì गुणव°ा और ÿÂयेक योजना म¤ संÖथािपत मशीनरी कì गुणव°ा कì जांच करने के िलए तीसरे प± कì िनरी±ण एज¤िसयŌ (टीपीआईए) को पैनल म¤ शािमल करने का अिधकार िदया गया है। इसके अलावा, जेजेएम के जमीनी कायाªÆवयन को सÂयािपत करने के िलए िविभÆन राºयŌ/संघ राºय ±ेýŌ म¤ राÕůीय वॉश िवशेष²Ō और राÕůीय जल जीवन िमशन (एनजेजेएम) के अिधकाåरयŌ Ĭारा िनयिमत łप से ±ेý का दौरा िकया जाता है, िजसम¤ राºय/िजला-Öतर के अिधकाåरयŌ के साथ-साथ समुदाय के सदÖयŌ के साथ भी बातचीत कì जाती है। अÿैल 2025 से, 11.12.2025 503 राºय ±ेý-Öतरीय िनगरानी को मजबूत करने के िलए पेयजल एवं Öव¸छता िवभाग (डीडीडÊÐयूएस) Ĭारा याŀि¸छक łप से सŏपी गई चार योजनाओं का मािसक िनरी±ण कर रहे ह§। राºय-Öतरीय टीम¤ िनमाªण कì गुणव°ा, समय-सीमा का अनुपालन, सेवाओं कì उपलÊधता और मुĥŌ के समाधान आिद का आकलन करने के िलए िनरी±ण करती ह§। (घ): 32 राºयŌ/संघ राºय ±ेýŌ Ĭारा सूिचत आंकड़Ō के अनुसार, जल जीवन िमशन (जेजेएम) के तहत िव°ीय अिनयिमतताओं और कायŎ कì खराब गुणव°ा के संबंध म¤ राºयŌ/संघ राºय ±ेýŌ को िविभÆन ąोतŌ जैसे मीिडया åरपोटŎ, Öवत: सं²ान लेने, जन ÿितिनिधयŌ, नागåरकŌ, िशकायत पोटªल आिद के संदभª से कुल 17,036 िशकायत¤ ÿाĮ हòई ह§। राºयŌ/संघ राºय ±ेýŌ Ĭारा दी गई सूचना के अनुसार, 621 िवभागीय अिधकाåरयŌ के िवłĦ कायªवाही कì गई है, िजसम¤ आरोप पý तैयार करना, िवभागीय जांच, अनुशासनाÂमक कारªवाई, एफआईआर दजª करना, कारण बताओ नोिटस जारी करना और िनलंबन करना शािमल है। PMKSY IN TAMIL NADU 1947.
