Sir, I introduce the Bill. ________ 17.57 hrs (cxxx) NATIONAL BLOOD TRANSFUSION BILL, 2025 SHRI PARSHOTTAMBHAI RUPALA (RAJKOT): Sir, I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to regulate, collection testing, processing, storage, distribution, issuance, transfusion of human blood, blood components, ensuring health protection and prevention of transfusion, transmissible diseases and establishing national standards for safe blood collection, transfusion and management, and imposing penalties for non-compliancce and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. माननीय अÅय± : ÿÔन यह है : ‘’िक मानव रĉ, रĉ घटकŌ के संúहण, परी±ण, ÿसंÖकरण, भंडारण, िवतरण, िनगªमन, आधान िविनयिमितकरण, ÖवाÖÃय सुर±ा व आधान से होने वाले संøामक रोगŌ कì रोकथाम एवं सुरि±त रĉ संúहण सुिनिIJत करने,आधान एवं ÿबंधन संबंधी  Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-2 dated 05.12.2025. 05.12.2025 1257 राÕůीय संÖथापन व गैर-अनुपालन हेतु दंड अÅयारोपण तथा उससे संबंिधत अथवा उसके आनुषंिगक िवषयŌ का उपबंध करने वाले िवधेयक को पुरःÖथािपत करने कì अनुमित दी जाए । ‘’ ÿÖताव Öवीकृत हòआ ।
