GOWAAL KAGADA PADAVI (NANDURBAR): Sir, I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to make provision in relation to freedom of speech and academic freedom in higher Education School, Graduate School, Universities, other educational institutions and in students’ unions and for matters connected therewith. माननीय अÅय±: ÿij यह है: “िक उ¸चिश±ा िवīालयŌ, Öनातक Öकूल, िवĵिवīालयŌ, अÆय िश±ा संÖथाओं और छाý  Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-2 dated 05.12.2025. 05.12.2025 1229 संघŌ म¤ अिभÓयिĉ कì Öवतंýता और शैि±क Öवतंýता के संबंध म¤ तथा उससे संसĉ िवषयŌ का उपबंध करने वाले िवधेयक को पुरःÖथािपत करने कì अनुमित ÿदान कì जाए ।” ÿÖताव Öवीकृत हòआ ।
