Chairperson, Sir, I introduce the Bill. _________ 14.05 hrs (ii) VIKSIT BHARAT SHIKSHA ADHISHTHAN BILL, 2025 THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION (SHRI DHARMENDRA PRADHAN): Chairperson Sir, with your kind permission, I rise to move for leave to introduce a Bill to enable and empower the Universities and other higher educational institutions to achieve excellence in teaching, learning, research and innovation, through co-ordination and determination of standards in institutions for higher education or research and scientific and technical institutions, and for that purpose to constitute a Viksit Bharat Shiksha Adhishthan, to facilitate the  Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-2, dated 15.12.2025. 15.12.2025 1081 Universities and other higher educational institutions to become independent self-governing institutions and to promote excellence through a robust and transparent system of accreditation and autonomy, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. … (Interruptions)
